We service and repair Bing, Dellorto and Mikuni Carburetors.
We use two types of cleaning process, vapour blasting for the external finish, and an ultrasonic tank for the internals. The ultrasonic tank uses the power of cavitation to clean the internals. The idle jet drilling on the Bing Carburetors are particular prone to blocking (hesitation just off idle), and there is no way of getting of them, but the ultrasound process dissolves the deposits.
We service and repair Throttle bodies from the fuel injection models, as well as using the ultrasonic tank to clean the fuel injectors. The 4 valve R series are particularly prone to oil deposits in the throttle body, blocking the air by-pass channel, as well as butterfly spindle wear. We fit brass spindle bushes to eliminate the wear, and vapour blast and ultrasound the bodies.
